We’re thrilled to guide you through an unforgettable horse trekking experience across Mongolia’s stunning landscapes. To ensure your safety and the success of your adventure, we’ve outlined some important information below. Please take a moment to read through these terms, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

1. Participant Responsibilities

We want to ensure everyone has an enjoyable and safe experience. By booking with us, participants agree to:

• Understand the physical and skill requirements of the trek.
• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary needs in advance so we can best accommodate you.
• Hold adequate travel and health insurance that covers horse trekking activities, including emergency evacuation.
• Follow the guide’s instructions at all times. If any participant’s actions jeopardize the safety of others or the animals, we reserve the right to remove them from the trek without a refund.

2. Bookings and Deposits

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 15-20% of the total trip cost is required. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the start of your trek. If booking within 14 days of departure, full payment is required upfront.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible:

• More than 30 days before the trek: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
• 14–30 days before the trek: 50% refund.
• Less than 14 days before the trek or no-shows: No refund. In case we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or safety concerns), you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Pricing

Prices are quoted in USD and based on double or shared occupancy. All prices include guided horse trekking, meals, and accommodation as specified in the itinerary. Any changes due to government regulations, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations will be communicated promptly.

5. Insurance

For your peace of mind, participants must have personal travel insurance that covers:

• Horse trekking.
• Emergency medical care, including evacuation.
• Trip cancellations or delays. We also offer optional local insurance for emergency evacuation at an additional fee.

6. Liability and Assumption of Risks

Horse trekking is an adventurous activity that involves some inherent risks, including injury, illness, or loss of property. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release the company, its staff, and affiliates from liability arising from accidents, delays, or unforeseen events outside of our control.

7. Equipment and Safety

Your safety is our top priority:

• Helmets are mandatory for all participants and will be provided by the horse trekking company.
• Participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for riding. A packing list will be provided upon booking.

8. Group Discounts

We offer discounts for groups of 6 or more. Please inquire at the time of booking for more details.

9. Children and Non-Riders

• Children aged 12+ may participate with parental supervision. Younger children may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.

10. Itinerary Changes

The company reserves the right to adjust itineraries for safety or logistical reasons, such as weather conditions, trail closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. While rare, these changes help ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

11. Payment Options

We accept payments via bank transfer.

12. Complaints

We value your experience and want to ensure it meets your expectations. If you have any concerns during the trek, please bring them to the guide’s attention immediately. For formal complaints, please submit them in writing within 7 days of the trip’s conclusion.

13. Final Agreement
